Summer Hold Option:
You are allowed two (2) months hold on this membership at 50% of the membership price. Once your hold is complete, you will resume paying regular membership price. If you choose to cancel your membership, we cannot guarantee your spot when you return and we will charge our updated monthly rate moving forward

Payment Terms:
This is a monthly membership commitment billed on the 1st of each month. If you activate your membership any other day of the month, it will automatically prorate the total amount.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period. No refunds will be issued for any payments already processed. By canceling your membership, you forfeit your guaranteed spot in the program and any favorable pricing associated with your current membership. If you choose to rejoin, you may be subject to availability and any updated pricing at that time.
