By purchasing this pack and signing up to participate in our classes, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as outlined on our website and booking system.

We have a 4-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made outside this window are free of charge. Cancellations within 4 hours will be considered as attended, and the session will be deducted from your pack.

A $5 fee will be charged for late cancellations and $10 fo No shows to ensure fairness to all clients.

Please note, there are no refunds for class packs, rollovers, or holds.

Packs can be gifted to family members, but please request this in writing at hello@oceanstudiopilates.com.
