The Friends and Family membership is a fantastic option for those who want to enjoy the benefits of group fitness with their friends, co-workers and neighbors. With this membership, you'll receive 10 classes per month that you can share with anyone you choose. This means that you and your friends or family members can all enjoy the benefits of working out together, while also getting the individual attention you need to achieve your fitness goals.
In addition to the shared classes, you'll also receive one nutrition session per month to help you stay on track with your healthy eating habits. Our certified nutritionists will work with you to develop a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle.  You will receive a discount on all Glow Fitness Challenges as well!
As a Friends and Family member, you'll also have access to exclusive member-only events throughout the year. These events are a great opportunity to meet other members of our community, try new fitness inspired activities, and have fun with your new friends and gym family.
Finally, you'll have access to our private Facebook page, where you can connect with other members, share your progress, ask questions, and get support from our team of experienced trainers and nutritionists.
