Fine Print:
Fifty (50) dollar (plus tax) monthly pass for unlimited drop-ins (also known as “open gym”) is a time-limited offer, valid for one year on auto-renewal from the original date of purchase. Purchasers commit to a three-month minimum term, which is non-refundable and will be billed monthly at a cost of $50 + GST per month for a maximum period of one year from date of purchase.

Pass entitles bearer to unlimited access of gym during all hours of operation (as listed and as staffed by Jenn and/or Shelby), with the exception of special events, full-capacity classes or workshops, or private bookings. These hours of operation are subject to change without notice and can always be viewed on our Wellness Living home page (https://www.wellnessliving.com/fitness/vancouver/witnessthefitnesspersonaltraining/review/?id_mode=12). Purchaser will not be guaranteed access to specific areas of the gym or pieces of equipment.

This pass is non-transferable, non-returnable, and non-refundable and will be billed monthly automatically until cancelled by the user (exclusive of the mandatory 3-month minimum commitment period), or until this offer expires one year from date of purchase. Pass holders wishing to pause their membership for an extended period (e.g. vacation, parental leave) will be able to do so for a period of up to three consecutive months, providing written notice is given to WTF prior to the next month’s billing period.

This offer is to be discontinued at the discretion of management.
