Belly Dance | Rhythm in Motion with Loren

Move, flow, and feel empowered! Join us for an energizing belly dance session that strengthens your core, improves posture, and relieves stress—all while having fun with rhythmic movement. No experience needed!

Dress comfortably, no mat required. Bare feet or socks recommended. Bring a hip scarf or veil if you have one!
