Who takes the time out of their life to go running outside with a client to help her reach her goal of running a mile without stopping? Coach Kat!! In freezing weather!! Beyond grateful for her time, advice, and motivation. She is an amazing coach and is truly dedicated to the success of her clients. This was a goal I’ve had for a decade, and with Coach Kat’s help, I achieved it in just a few weeks! Who knew all we have to do to succeed is actually follow our coaches’ advice?! Haha
