Today was the day I signed up at Curves.  The consultation was excellent.  Sherry was very informative with the registration and the exercise program.

body workout on our strength training machines. You’ll work every
major muscle group with strength training, cardio, and stretching.
Curves is a supportive environment where you can gain strength,
balance, and flexibility with the support and guidance of your
Curves coach. Curves classes range from low to high intensity,
which means you can always find a program that works for
you.
