Athena is amazing at pole knowledge and instruction. I've been attending her My Pole Prep class for almost a month and I am already seeing improvements in my strength when I do certain pole moves. I intend on coming back again and again. One day, I'll go to Athena's regular pole classes (Pole 2 or Pole Tricks). Thanks Athena and MBS!
