These classes will leave you amazed at what your body is capable of! These classes incorporates tricks, dancing, flexibility, and much more!

There is no dance or pole experience required for Intro Pole, Flexibility, Non-pole conditioning classes and most other beginner friendly classes offered. Please see each class's descriptions within the schedule to see pre-requisites!

The Intro Deal will be extended if it overlaps with any studio closures!
