This is a one-month Premium Membership for the monthly price of our Base Membership. Join us for 1 group session each week for FREE this first month in addition to using the studio on your own time. If you don't love it, cancel penalty free. Otherwise, we assume you're having a great experience and will convert this to our Premium membership at full price for the second month!

Really enjoy this place and the strength training class! Krista is so nice and patient but at the same time pushes you just hard enough. It’s clean and love the intimacy compared to a big gym. Very friendly and approachable.

Our mission is to develop healthy habits and hopeful hearts in
women, allowing space for optimal health of mind, body, and
spirit.
Breathwork, inner dialogue practice, and
movement are the foundational tools which we utilize with our
clients to assist their own transformation. We believe that the
body, mind, and spirit are connected and when one of those aspects
of the human being is not functioning at its best, the whole system
is off.
We love to have fun, share stories,
dance, and laugh with each other as we learn and grow side-by-side.
