The Fit Zone is a boutique gym that fuses together
the disciplines of indoor cycling and functional fitness
programming. Our group classes deliver a fun, and effective workout
that invariably lead to the desired results.
We offer a judgment-free, all inclusive environment
where members can feel at ease regardless of religion, creed,
sexual orientation, age, race, or other demographic. 
The Fit Zone’s mission is to establish a community of
like-minded individuals who are looking to improve their current
fitness level. 
Whether you’re a professional athlete or someone
looking to get active after years of inactivity, The Fit Zone
offers a variety of programming suitable for any skill level or
experience.
 
Workouts Change Daily
Just keep altering the intensity so that your
progress continues too. However, on a mental level, adding
variety to your workout routine is a good idea. It keeps it fresh
and helps you to stay motivated. Don't forget, the novelty of a
HIIT or circuit training class is that it's a bit different each
time.
