Wow I am in disbelief I could actually participate on my first visit. I was very scared to sign up to try this. I was glad there was a level 1 class. Everyone was very warm friendly and welcoming! I was so comfortable by the end I wanted to come again! I thought I would only be able to sit and watch. Very grateful to Courtney the instructor!
