Yoga Studio

Source Yoga offers yoga and mindfulness practices that are
accessible for all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities. We offer
classes that are guided at an accessible pace, offering the use of
props and modifications to adapt movement, and allowing yoga
practice to benefit everyone. We celebrate the joy of movement and
cultivation of present moment awareness through yoga and mindful
practices for all bodies.
Join us for in person and online classes! We are welcoming small
groups for in studio classes in our intimate North Tacoma studio
with intentional and thoughtful attention to safety protocol.


Class sizes are limited to ensure comfortable spacing for all.
Preregistration required for all classes. Please cancel your
registration if you are unable to attend to make space for other
students.


Masks are required for all for the duration of your time in the
studio.


HEPA air filters are running in the studio at all times.


Doors remain open to increase ventilation.


A full schedule of online classes remain for those that prefer
to practice from home.
