Refunds/Credits- We understand that life can bring unexpected changes, and we’re here to support you as best we can. While our general policy is to avoid issuing refunds, we’re open to considering account credits or refunds in unique or extenuating circumstances. If a pass or membership has already been used or redeemed, refunds won’t be possible, but please reach out if you’re facing challenges. You can submit your request for a refund or account credit by emailing us at info@vivifynm.com. We’re here to help and will review each request with care and understanding. Transfers-We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and we’re here to support you. If you're unable to continue attending due to medical reasons, relocation, or other unforeseen events, we offer a one-time transfer of your pass or membership to another client. The recipient will be able to enjoy any remaining, unused portion of your membership. Please reach out to us if you need assistance with this process. Temporary Holds: If you need a temporary pause due to urgent or emergent circumstances, Vivify can place a hold on your pass or membership for up to three months. Just send us a written request at info@vivifynm.com before the hold period is set to begin. Your membership will automatically resume once the hold period ends unless we hear from you in writing with any changes or cancellations. Canceling auto renewing memberships: If you need to cancel your membership, just send us an email at info@vivifynm.com at least seven days before your next monthly renewal date. This helps us ensure everything goes smoothly with your request. If notice is given within seven days of the scheduled charge, the upcoming charge won’t be refunded, and your cancellation will take effect on the following renewal date. Merchandise- Merchandise may be exchanged if it is not yet worn or washed and there is an available size in stock. If not in stock an account credit will be issued and may be applied towards a future purchase.
