Our studio is a unique healing
hub in the heart of the magnificent Adelaide Hills. Nestled in a
beautiful location in Stirling 15 minutes from Adelaide CBD, we
offer a range of health and wellness services in one conveniently
central location.

The studio features a spacious practice room, change rooms,
bathrooms, showers and several consulting rooms. Hot classes are
heated with Far Infared Heating, a natural, non-invasive and
healthy form of heating that is extremely therapeutic. The studio
also features unique energy recovery ventalation which provides
fresh air at the same temperature as the room. The studio has also
be fitted with specialised antibacterial surfaces and is cleaned
multiple times a day.

We pride ourselves on a warm, friendly and clean facility and we
can't wait to share our special space with you.
