Come try out Vitality's Yoga classes! To achieve the results you're looking for, relieving chronic pain and anxiety and becoming stronger and more flexible in your body and mind, it's recommended to come a minimum of twice weekly. If you're new to yoga try out the Basics classes: Wednesdays: 9:30am and 6pm Thursdays: 11:15am Fridays: 12pm You can also come to any of the classes, do what you can, and rest when you need to. There isn't any pressure to keep up. Make sure to pre-register for at least five classes within the next 2 weeks to get the most out of this great deal and experience how a regular rhythm of yoga twice a week will create freedom in your body and mind.
