This is to test a players mindset, ability to adapt in over skilled or under skilled environments, and cohesiveness within the group. A PLAYERS CLUB "AGE LEVEL" AND LEAGUE LEVEL HAS NO IMPACT ON PLAYER GROUP PLACEMENT AS WE ARE A TECHNICAL SKILLS SCHOOL AND THE TWO, WHILE CAN BE CORRELATED, ARE NOT ALWAYS CONNECTED.
