Come try your first mat class (mat, prenatal/postnatal) at the reduced intro price! These small classes (8 ppl) allow for individualised attention and exercise modification for different levels and/or injuries or restrictions. Classes use a variety of small equipment (soft ball, weights, bands, pilates circle, spikey balls) to create a whole body workout whilst also focusing on relaxation, stretching, mobilising and breathing to leave you feeling refreshed.
