Our Breathe Into to Pilates is our way to personally welcome you to BREATHE.  Here we invite you into the studio with 3 personalized sessions spaced over a week or two weeks ... that focus completely on you.  

Whether you have never taken a Pilates class before or you have years of experience, YOUR intro will inspire, enhance, develop, build, strengthen and deepen your understanding of the Pilates practice and awaken your body, mind and spirit. By the end the Your Intro you will be emersed in the fundamentals of Pilates and how to maximize your work through intentional application.
