60 minute Pilates reformer class with up to 5 students in a class.

IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE PILATES ON THE MACHINES AND/OR ARE RELATIVELY NEW TO PILATES, WE RECOMMEND ATTENDING 1 OF OUR PILATES FUNDAMENTALS CLASSES AS YOUR 1ST CLASS AT THE STUDIO.
