Pilates Studio

CONNECT is a physical therapist owned and operated wellness
studio located in Golden, CO.  We are a team of movement
enthusiasts who are here to help our clients achieve their
potential.  We offer cash-based physical therapy services for
a wide range of conditions.  We also offer small group Pilates
classes, CoreAlign training, and MOTR classes.  Additionally,
we are a Balanced Body Authorized training center offering high
quality continuing education for physical therapists and movement
teachers.

Connect Physical Therapy - Corporate Circle

This is a perfect option for those wishing to try out our studio.  You will meet 1:1 with an instructor who will introduce you to the equipment and the Pilates method.  Available as a one time purchase for new clients only.

Three is better than two!  This is a fun option for you and two friends who want to start your Pilates journey together.  You'll have five sessions together to learn the fundamentals of Pilates, equipment safety, and move towards your fitness goals.  Following these introductory sessions your instructor you may choose to continue working together or try out our classes?
