Description
The trial is good for ten calendar days. It starts on your first class. You will be given a uniform to use during class and it is to be turned in after each class. When you come in for each class it will be waiting for you. We require a valid credit card to be placed on file. At the end of the trial period, you must notify Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Madison whether you want to continue training or not. If Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Madison is not notified at the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in the limited monthly program and the card on file will be charged. Should you fail to notify Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Madison that you do not want to continue and your card is declined, you will be responsible and legal actions will be taken to recover the contract agreement.
