Prepare yourself with everything you will need to join in on our awesome Group Fitness Classes! Are you nervous about jumping straight in on a Group Class? New to exercise? Never been in a gym before? These two introductory personal sessions will take the anxiety out of starting your fitness journey. You will get shown around the gym, meet our trainers, discuss your health and fitness goals and learn all the basic skills you will need to join in on our "Strike", "Burn", "Xross" or Wing Chun group classes. *Conditions apply.
