Great way to start out at Cypress Fitness with 2 months of FLEX session access, Open gym and 4 personal training sessions. We use the Training sessions to do a quick orientation to movement with the 5 major motions (Hinge, Squat, Push, Pull, Rotate) and assess ranges of motion, test out some baseline weights, fine tune any movements and intro basic Kettlebell, Metabolic machine techniques. If you are already an experienced mover we can fast track to more technical skills or anything specific you may want to work on like Barbell movements, agility, sport specifics, mobility concentration etc... For the 3rd and 4th sessions we will go over the FLEX programming to see how to efficiently go through the program to get the most out of it and answer any questions!
