Farm Girl Fitness is a small group training studio located on a
beautiful farm in North Halton. We help people love fitness and
their bodies with personalized workouts, positive coaching,
community support, and fresh air whenever possible. The Farm Girl
Fitness membership offers class styles such as bootcamp, boxing,
DEKA, TRX, Pilates, Stretch and more.

Farm Girl Fitness was voted 2023 Readers Choice best bootcamp, gym,
personal training and overall health and wellness services by the
Independant Free Press and received the New Business of the Year
award by the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce in 2022.
