Our Pilates classes in Dromore take place in several community
venues.  These spacious airy venues provide a safe and
spacious environment for clients to enjoy their classes. 
Class locations include St Colmans church hall & Dromore
Methodist Chuch hall both of which are located at Maypole Hill in
Dromore town centre.  Parking is convenient within the church
grounds and on the street.

Suitable for everyone of all levels of ability and a great place to start if you are a complete beginner to Pilates or Reformer.

You will learn all the basics of Pilates, become familiar with the exercises and move your body in a way that encourages better posture and control.

These sessions include some assessment so we can tailor the session to meet your individual requirements and goals and ensure the perfect level of challenge...

1-1 Intro private session (Pilates or Reformer)

The sessions are suitable for everyone of all levels of ability and a great place to start if you are a complete beginner.  You will learn the basics of Pilates and the reformer, become familiar with the machine and how to move your body in a way that encourages better posture and control.

These sessions are suitable for 2 people who wish to do a reformer session together.  Exercises can be modified by the instructor to ensure each person works at their own level within the group.

These sessions may include some assessment so we can tailor the session to meet your individual requirements and goals and ensure the perfect level of challenge...
