Here’s a new twist on yoga! This class is for everyone. We’ll focus on creative strength training, cardiovascular health, and endurance, along with the yoga principles of breath, mindfulness, and balance- the stuff we ALL need! GRIT UP AND GLOW takes advantage of upbeat music, a warm studio, and weights (choose what works for you, WEIGHTS OPTIONAL) to help you work up a sweat and find your strength. Show up well-hydrated and ready to listen to your body - this class is HOT. Shoes optional. Do you! (95 degrees)
