Our
mission is to create a safe , inclusive space by offering
opportunities for our students to become healthier, happier as they
find inspiration in life and in their yoga practice. We want to
promote holistic wellness in our community and to empower people to
lead the best lives they can.
At Shanti Yoga we welcome
students of all experience levels, and age. We will guide you on
the right level and classes that will meet you right where you are.
We believe yoga and wellness is for
#EveryBody.
 
WHAT MAKES
SHANTI YOGA UNIQUE
Variety of yoga styles and
intensity level classes designed for the beginner and the
experienced practitioner.  Each class will have a description
and intensity level 1 lowest - 5 highest .
Infra red
therapeutic heaters, some of our classes are heated
which offer therapeutic benefits to the body which may
include improved circulation, improved flexibility, deep
tissue healing, reduced inflammation, and weight-loss. 
Our yoga studio offers you
an atmosphere that is friendly, non judgmental, and authentic. We
are more than a yoga studio, we also offer wellness programs for
