I am a RYT 200 and I teach at Soul Friends to share my love for yoga and inspire others to continuously challenge themselves to learn and grow internally and externally. Along with my love of this practice, I also bring my fun and energetic personality to help lead this community. In my class, you will be energized and inspired to be creative and have fun.
