This was my first experience with Bridge Yoga, and it was great. It was also my first experience doing meditation via Zoom. I did not know what to expect. It was so relaxing and restorative. I have never done meditation where one meditation builds on another, and while this was my first time, it was very effective. I like the idea of each meditation building on one another rather than simply being iterative and just "seeing how long you can be present." I noticed that because of the meditation's thematic nature, it was much easier for me to be present than at any other time in the past. It's been about 8 years since I've done yoga or meditation, and I have meant to return to it. I feel like this studio could be the right place for me to reinstitute my practice. I look forward to attending again.
