When Kate first stepped onto the mat over a decade ago, she never imagined this practice quietly would redirect her entire path in life. Her classes are creative, fun, and down-to-earth, and intended to empower students with the knowledge to better understand their bodies in an accessible way.Her yoga studies have included a fusion of in-depth anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, as well as myofascial release and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
