Unleash new potential with this fun and vibrant vinyasa flow. You'll blend traditional technique with dynamic sequencing to keep your practice fresh and exciting, complete with time dedicated to your inversion practice. This class is recommended for intermediate to advanced level students SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN-STUDIO SHOPPING EXPERIENCE From November 24th-December 8th, we'll be hosting an in-studio trunk show featuring gift items from local businesses, as well as our apparel collection to purchase at 50%. Each class you attend will also recieve a drop-in rate credit of $28 toward your first purchase of any item over $50. Please plan to arrive before class, or stay afterwards to shop.
