professionals but we are also resident's or have worked in the
borough for 10+ years.
 
We've taken group
fitness out of the gym and placed it in an intimate and fun
environment conducive to healing the mind, body and spirit.
Offering a variety of classes and services we want to help you set
and achieve your health and wellness goals.
We
LOVE to laugh, We WELCOME beginner's (those beginning their journey
in fitness) and the deconditioned. Come unwind, relieve stress and
get fit with us!
