stronger and move easier with Kansas City’s heart-centered yoga
studio and healing arts community, where deep roots and reverence
for tradition meet accessibility, equity and care in a beautiful,
artistic environment.
 
Inner Space is a container
for classes, workshops and community events sharing space in a
co-working campus with a vibrant collective of local artists,
practitioners, businesses and affiliates. We offer
beginner-friendly yoga classes every day, with sliding-scale
drop-ins and memberships, host community events, trainings and
workshops. We are an LGBTQ-owned business and strive to be a
BIPOC-affirming space. All bodies are welcome here, from all walks
of life and experience. Wherever you are on your journey, from the
deeply committed to the simply curious, we are here to support you
in finding your practice.
