About the Event

Mindful Moments Meditation Series is a four-week workshop series with Tuesday Irby designed to deepen your mindfulness practice through asana and meditation. Each week focuses on a different aspect of awareness, guiding you through noticing your breath, sensations in your body, the pattern of your thoughts, and the state of your emotions. Through physical movement, guided meditation, and restorative rest, you will cultivate a sense of inner calm, clarity, and resilience. This series invites you to become a witness—not only to your breath, body, thoughts, and emotions but also to the ego, the part of the mind that constructs identity and narratives. By observing the ego without attachment, we create space for deeper presence and self-awareness. All levels of practice are welcome to this supportive and inclusive space. Come begin or deepen your meditation and rest with your Self. Dates: Saturdays March 8, 15, 22, 29 || Time: 2:00pm - 3:30pm Series Cost: $100 until 3/1 // $115 after 3/1 until session start || Individual Session Cost: $35/per individual session
