Helen Sabolek is a 500 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and has been guiding yoga classes in the Metrowest region for over 10 years. She is an Associate Professor at Regis College where she teaches Psychology, Neuroscience and Yoga and investigates the impact of yoga and equine activities on mental health and the nervous system. She is the daughter of an Army Veteran and stepdaughter of a Navy Veteran, and she co-facilitates trauma-informed equine programming with veterans at Project ComeBack in Holliston, MA.
