Open Doors Yoga - Duxbury
Kim Lawlor began her yoga journey in 2007, practicing on-demand videos at home while caring for her two young sons. She quickly experienced the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga and transitioned to in-studio classes as her family's schedule allowed. Over the years, yoga has been a source of strength and healing during life's challenges, providing holistic health benefits. In 2021, Kim completed the summer intensive yoga teacher training at Open Doors. As an instructor, she focuses on functional movements and mindful yoga flows designed to build strength and promote wellness, creating a safe and comfortable space for students to deepen their individual practice.
