Dana Katz is a proud Kansas City transplant.  She moved from Chicago  in 2016 and has called KC home ever since.  Dana has always been passionate about fitness and was trained to teach yoga sculpt back in 2019.  She has taught in local studios and is excited to bring this format to the Lo Burn studio.  What gravitated Dana to yoga sculpt was the fast pace cardio, yoga and weight combination.  She can’t wait to sweat together soon!
