Join Katie for an amazing workout of sculpting and toning! This circuit/bootcamp style class is different every week, and put together by our personal trainer Katie to help you get the perfect workout! She may use everything from hand weights to cardio to boxing and Body Sculpt! Space is limited and registration in advance is required.
This class is recommended for ages 16+. Please bring your own mat and water. This class may take place outdoors during the summer.
