

Join Kim for Gentle Morning Flow! Spend an hour leaning in and connecting to your breath. Participate in mindful stretching on the floor while listening to excellent music. Follow up with standing sequences and core exercises. This class moves slowly and is easy on the body. There is no expectation or competition. It is your yoga. This class allows you to refocus energetically and begin your day. This is a perfect class for anyone who thinks they want to try yoga, return to yoga, those who want to increase their flexibility or range of motion, or those who want to balance out their yoga practice. Modifications will be given throughout class.
