Meet Beth:Beth has been practicing yoga for the past two decades and is continuously inspired by the deep healing practices of yoga, both on and off the mat. Drawing from extensive training and experience with a specific focus on trauma-informed yoga, Beth brings a compassionate approach and empowers students to move through their practice with a sense of purpose and presence. She is passionate about providing a safe space where students are invited to make choices within their bodies and discover the balance between movement and stillness. Combining years of personal practice and a deep understanding of the transformative power of yoga, Beth guides students through a journey of self-discovery, self-awareness and inner peace.
