Immersing herself in a 200-hour program at Just Breathe Yoga, she mastered Vinyasa, Yin, and Prenatal styles. Witnessing the transformative power of yoga on her own life, Niveditha deepened her knowledge with a 300-hour program at Downtown Yoga.Today, Niveditha's dedication shines through her diverse yoga classes. With expertise in Vinyasa, Iyengar style yoga, she caters to all levels, guiding students with compassion and precision. Her passion extends beyond postures, seamlessly integrating mindfulness and meditation to create a holistic approach to well-being.
