Natalie Somers (she/her) has been practicing mindful movement for nearly 20 years and teaching yoga for over a decade. She is deeply committed to helping you experience a felt sense of ease and belonging through somatic awareness, embodied movement, and radical rest.Inspired by her training in modern dance and Hatha Yoga, Natalie’s classes offer a space for curious and compassionate investigation of the MindBodySpirit connection and the innate wisdom you hold within.With a bit of humor and a lot of love, her teachings are filled with moments of curiosity, courage, intention and dedication to the sacred pursuit of caring for and expressing your authentic Self.
