Kat has been a passionate fitness enthusiast for as long as she can remember. She grew up heavily into ice skating, paired with ballet classes as a young girl. As she got older she loved to long distance run, take yoga classes, and enjoyed kickboxing. She knew from a young age that she wanted to be a fitness and health coach.  She went on to attend Nutrition and Health classes at the community college and receive her A.C.E. certification in group fitness and personal training, Yoga Certification through the Yoga Alliance, TRX certification, and her newest certification in 2023 as a Nutrition Coach. Kat continues her education and is currently working toward a Healthy Mindset Coaching Certification.In her free time she enjoys creating wearable arts as a third generation seamstress growing up watching her mother make ice skating costumes she picked right up into aerial leotards. From 2006-2016 Kat owned and operated Kat Martucci Designs focusing on creating handmade sterling silver jewelry. Kat attended the Art Institute of San Francisco for Fashion Design and received her Jewelry Technician diploma from Revere Academy.
