Sarah Little's teaching and practice are founded in gratitude, truthfulness, physical and spiritual alignment and lightheartedness. Sarah teaches Vinyasa Flow, Gentle, Hatha, Restorative and Kundalini yoga. Yoga has carried Sarah into marriage, a career change, two pregnancies, and the raising of three children. Her personal practice has helped her manage her asthma, postpartum depression and general stinkin' thinkin'. Sarah believes that yoga can lead us to a more graceful life. Come and bask in your strength, challenges and beauty through the practice of yoga.
