I cannot recommend Bay enough. From the moment I made an enquiry in November 24 I have felt so taken care of by everyone. It is the most welcome community. I am so blessed I found you all just when I needed it most in my life My yoga journey is going from strength to strength. I have tried many different classes all have given me new paths to follow. I am an older lady and enjoying having more flexibility abd strength. Thank you very much
