About the Appointment

 A revitalizing 1-hr sauna and cold plunge circuit session, where relaxation meets invigoration. Enjoy the cozy sauna followed an exhilarating cold plunge. Our sauna is heated up to 70°C and our cold plunge is set to a challenging 8°C. Go at your own pace, this session is private and self-guided.  IMPORTANT: All clients MUST shower prior to beginning their first circuit. Please ensure to arrive at least 10 minutes early. Your time begins promptly at the scheduled time of booking.  Prepare for a rejuvenating experience as you step into a sauna and cold plunge session. Here's what you might want to consider bringing: - swimwear or appropriate clothing - water bottle: note we do not recommend bringing your water bottle into the sauna. Metal bottles will get hot to the touch. - an open mind  Always check with the facility for any specific requirements and make sure to consult with a healthcare professional if you have health concerns before engaging in these contrasting temperature therapies.
