Welcome to Inner Yogies, a unique boutique yoga studio and
healing center located in the heart of the vibrant town of
Thornbury! Nestled in this wonderful and energetic community, close
to the expanses of Georgian Bay and the peaks of Blue Mountain, we
invite you into our space to open your hearts, invigorate your
body, and allow us to embrace you on your journey of health,
happiness, and wellness.
Together we are a conscious community of teachers, coaches,
healers, and students whose mission is to promote balance &
well-being, and guide others to find a place of deep peace &
joy, on and off the mat. Our dedicated and passionate
team of yoga instructors and holistic practitioners open the
space and offer a place for all to heal and grow
together. 
Inner Yogies offers a dynamic and engaging schedule of yoga and
fitness classes in a warm and intimate space. Here we focus on
authentic practices in a supportive & judgement free atmosphere
where all are welcome to express their true selves. Our class sizes
ensure you will always get the guidance and attention your practice
needs to help you be your best self. Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, YIN,
Restorative... we have a yoga practice
for everyone! Our studio also holds a wonderful retail space
abounding with Yoga essentials, healthy snacks & beverages,
crystals, jewellery, and so much more.
