ONLINE OFFERING - Enjoy a rejuvenating hour of myofascial release (MFR) focused on releasing tension and creating space in the body, increasing glide and hydration of muscles and fascia as well as nervous system down-regulation. These simple and effective techniques help relieve pain, improve range of motion and promote overall well-being using massage balls and yoga blocks. No yoga experience is necessary for this class. Wear comfortable clothing, have two massage or tennis balls and a block. This session will be recorded and available for playback for 3 days after class ends.
Class will be live-streamed via Zoom. A link will be sent 20 minutes before class starts and will remain active for 3 day after. Please have 2 massage/tennis balls, a block and any other props available that you would like to have to support your practice.
