bootcamp style class, HIIT

Heavybag Training (Kickboxing
& Boxing): In these classes, you’ll master the punching and
kicking techniques essential for getting the most from your workout
and improving your skills on the heavybag. Dive into dynamic
combinations, challenging calisthenics, and explosive plyometrics

calories. The class will leave you exhausted but empowered, leaving

Fight Skills: Build a base of
